📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We offer next-business-day shipping for non-bulk orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEDT). Bulk orders may take 2–4 business days to process before dispatch.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes! We ship to New Zealand at a flat rate of AUD $15. International shipping to other countries is available — rates are calculated at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping applies to all orders over $75 AUD within Australia (excluding bulk orders, which have discounted shipping rates).

🧲 About Our Magnets

What size are the square magnets?

Our premium square photo magnets measure 6.35 x 6.35 cm — the perfect size for fridge displays, gift boxes, and memory collections.

How do I send my photo?

Simply upload your photo during the checkout process. We recommend using a high-resolution image (at least 1000 x 1000 pixels) for the best print quality.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. If you're unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Can I send multiple different photos in one order?

Yes! If ordering multiple magnets with different photos, please leave a note at checkout or email us at hello@mymemorymagnet.com.au with your photos clearly labelled.

🏢 Bulk & Business Orders

What is the minimum order for bulk?

Our bulk business orders start from 20 magnets. The more you order, the better the per-unit price.

Can you print our company logo?

Absolutely! We print full-colour custom designs including logos, brand artwork, and promotional graphics. Upload your artwork at checkout or email it to us.

Do you offer custom quotes for large orders?

Yes — for orders over 100 units or for special requirements, please contact us directly at hello@mymemorymagnet.com.au and we'll prepare a custom quote for you.

💳 Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later in 4 interest-free instalments).

Can I get a refund?

Because our magnets are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a print quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and email it to hello@mymemorymagnet.com.au within 7 days. We'll arrange a free replacement right away.

📸 Photo Tips

What makes a good magnet photo?

The best magnets come from photos that are well-lit, in focus, and high resolution. Avoid screenshots from social media as they are often too low quality for a sharp print.

Will you edit my photo before printing?

We do basic colour correction to ensure your magnet looks its best. If you'd like specific edits (crop, filter, text added), please let us know in the order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
